NomadSync is a travel tracking and visa management tool designed for digital nomads, remote workers, and frequent travelers. Our service helps you:

• Track days spent in different countries
• Monitor visa limits and receive expiry alerts
• Understand potential tax residency implications
• Earn rewards through our NomadMiles program

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use NomadSync
• One person or legal entity per account—no sharing accounts
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

Free Tier

Our Economy tier is free forever with basic features. No credit card required.

Paid Subscriptions

• Business and First Class tiers require monthly or annual payment
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings

Refunds

• 14-day full refund: Request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal, no questions asked
• After 14 days, no refunds for partial months, but you keep access until the period ends

Price Changes

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until their next renewal.

• NomadMiles are earned through platform activity and referrals
• Miles can be redeemed for rewards in our store
• Miles have no cash value and cannot be transferred
• We reserve the right to adjust mile values and rewards
• Abuse of the rewards system may result in account suspension

The NomadSync browser extension is provided free of charge. By using it, you agree that:

• The extension may display visa information on travel websites
• We may use affiliate links when you book through partner sites
• You earn NomadMiles for bookings made through the extension
• The extension is subject to these terms and our privacy policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use NomadSync for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our service
• Create fake accounts or abuse the referral system
• Scrape or bulk-download data from our platform
• Resell or commercially exploit our service without permission
• Harass other users or our team

• Visa rules change frequently—verify with official sources
• Tax residency rules are complex and vary by country
• We are not responsible for fines, penalties, or legal issues
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties

• NomadSync, our logo, and branding are our trademarks
• You retain ownership of your trip data
• You grant us license to use your data to provide the service
• Feedback and suggestions may be used without compensation

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it
• We may perform maintenance with or without notice
• Features may be added, changed, or removed over time
• We may discontinue the service with 30 days notice

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse our systems or other users
• Have been inactive for over 2 years

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NomadSync and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, though we'll always try to resolve issues informally first.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
